OVERVIEW
Barton Consulting Services was founded in 2006 by successful corporate executives wishing to apply their skills toward creating sustainable value for a variety of enterprises.
Strategic development is a generic process which can be successfully applied in any industry or organization, and similar approaches are required whether the business is for-profit or nonprofit, well established or starting up. We work with the technical, marketing and financial resources within each organization, and add process expertise to channel that knowledge to determine the best way forward. Incorporated into that expertise are Decision Analysis, Six Sigma and Lean Organization concepts.
Our relationship with each client is a synergistic partnership; we listen carefully and work within the existing culture to help the client both understand what they do know and identify what they don’t know, and then use our experience and education to determine the specific needs of and best approach for that client.
